Chief Operations Officer

Damien Zeller is the lead for all enQuire projects. With an understanding of business process issues, a background in usability and system design, and a successful online program delivery track record- he works in close collaboration with business partners, team members and vendors.

He holds Masters Communication Design, BA Media Studies, Cert IV Training & Assessment and is a member of Web Industry Professionals Association (WIPA).

 

Business & Technical Analysis

Matthias Levy has been the Senior Analyst for enQuire since inception. Focusing on process improvement, he takes particular interest in the human factor in technology. From gathering requirements to getting feed back on screen layout, a continual liaising with clients is vital. Matthias knows technology is only a small component in change management.

A graduate of cognitive sciences, he has always worked on user centered systems designing scientific programs for TV, Multimedia CDs and Web Applications. His experience has equipped him with an essential knowledge of business practices working in various environments, ranging from start-up to government and multinational financial companies.

Technical Management

Mike O’Connor is the Technical Manager for all enQuire software solutions.  With over 10 years of international commercial IT experience, he brings in depth knowledge and a flexible, delivery-focused methodology to the project.

He is a Master’s post-graduate in Parallel Computers, with a BSc (Honours) in Computational Linguistics. Since immigrating to Australia in 2004, Mike has been a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS).

Software Engineering

Jason Bradfield is Senior Software Engineer and has expertise in online security, java object modelling and enterprise.

Training and Change Management

Vanessa Crowther is the Training & Change Manager for enQuire. Vanessa completes regular training with enQuire clients and assists the various user groups in their change management.

She holds a Grad Dip in Journalism-Online, BA Communications, Cert IV Multimedia, and Cert IV Training & Assessment

Service Delivery Manager

Nik Vassilev is responsible for the service delivery management and coordination across all enQuire projects.

Over the last 5 years, Nik has worked on a number of large scale IT projects in the natural resource and finance industries. This involves working closely with clients in order to understand their needs. Overall, Nik ensures that the required outcomes are achieved.

Nik holds degrees in IT and Business from Queensland University of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Database Administration

Aaron Harding is Senior Java Developer and Database Administrator. He joined enQuire in November 2005 as Developer on the first migration project, and specialises in database and java development.

Aaron holds an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology.

Quality Management

Betty Chen is Testing & QA Manager. She develops the automated and manual test scripts to locate bugs in the system from all user perspectives and works closely with the development and business teams to ensure the development meets the requirement.

Betty holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and is completing a Masters in Information Technology.

Helpdesk Management

Reana McCourt is the Help Desk Supervisor for enQuire. She assists in administration, user support and training, Helpdesk communications and provides feedback on enQuire usability from all user perspectives to the Development team.

Reana is currently undertaking a degree at UQ in Psychology, with a focus in communications.

Administration Manager

Hannah Hearn works on the helpdesk at enQuire assisting users with system support. Her role expands to training new users on navigation and usage of the system, external communications, and administration.

Hannah is currently a full-time student studying a Bachelor of Business with a focus in Public Relations.

Communications Manager

Aleisha Caesar has a dual role in Testing and Communications for enQuire. She is part of the helpdesk team as well as training new users, problem solving and testing of new and existing development.

Aleisha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Cert III in Business Administration.
